Shipping Policy

Digiful LLC currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping through this website.
Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods, for address verification, or when fraud review is required.
Delivery
Standard delivery is estimated at 3-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking information is provided when available.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping within the United States is currently free. Any optional expedited service or other charge will be clearly displayed before you submit the order.
Address Changes, Delays, and Lost Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Carrier delays may occur outside our control. Report a package shown as delivered but not received, or a shipment with no tracking movement, within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs if an item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect. Keep the product and packaging until we provide instructions.
