Refund and Return Policy

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, an item must be unused, unopened, unaltered, and in its original packaging with seals intact. Opened fragrances and personal-use products cannot be returned for hygiene and product-integrity reasons unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Starting a Return
Before sending anything, email info@digiful.us with your order number, the item to be returned, and the reason. We will provide authorization and return instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused. Do not send returns to our registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. Digiful LLC covers reasonable return or replacement costs for verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Inspection and Refund Timing
After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges and Order Cancellation
We offer replacements for verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to availability. Contact us promptly to request cancellation. An order cannot be cancelled after it has entered fulfillment or shipped; after delivery, the return rules above apply.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, tested, altered, or damaged items not caused by shipment.
- Items without original packaging or intact product seals.
- Gift cards, final-sale items clearly identified before purchase, and items prohibited from return by law.
